Inability to commit and communicate

I phoned Ravi (072 650 1494) to organise a new alarm remote. He made an appointment to have a tech at my home by 16:00 today. I could not attend an urgent meeting this afternoon in order to make sure I would be home at 16:00.By 16:30 I phoned him to ask what is happening. He promised to find out and phone me back. HAHA! What a joke!!! by 16:45 I have heard nothing and phoned him again. He would phone me back. HAHA!! As if... By 17:15 I phoned him again and he got the tech to phone me and tell me he is stuck at the airport. I phoned Ravi again to let him know this was NOT ACCEPTABLE. And the best he could offer was to either wait till the tech arrives in peak hour from the other side of Jhb (who knows what time!?!?!!?) or re-schedule for tomorrow! I said it is not good enough!!! I want him to come do himself by 18:00 to which he told me he does not know how. It Is is now after 18:20 and phoned to say he is on his way to come do it himself. It took him less than 5 min to do this while talking to the tech on the phone. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME we have had a problem with Chubb. At our previous address in EIGHT years ADT was great. Why did we ever change to Chubb???
