Paying for NO SERVICE!!!

I signed up for a SmartInternet Saver 15GB Promo Data Package with Telkom Mobile (8ta) on 29 June but I still can't use it due to the bad and unstable reception in my area. I phoned Telkom Mobile's call centre on 29 June to report this problem, they sent a pretty competent technician to test the signal at my address, he tested it and told me that it is not the strongest and very unstable which will make it impossible to use my package properly unless Telkom Mobile installs a signal booster in my roof. He then sent a fault report stating that I need a signal booster and told me it could take up to 7 working days till I receive an answer. Ok so I've now waited over 2 weeks since then and still haven't received anything!!! Which still isn`t even the annoying part... what is annoying is that for the last week I have phoned the call centre about 12 times only to always either get the phone put down on me or to always hear the same thing: please give me your contact No. and my Supervisor will call you back asap. Well I'm still waiting! So I have now had this Internet Package for almost a month but haven't been able to use a single Byte! I just hope I get an answer in this century!
