More or less a month back I discovered that my credit card is not working anymore. I went to the bank to query the problem and I was told that my card was reported as already a year back... I said to the guy at the info desk that my card was anyway working for more or less a year anyway (AFTER), THE CARD WAS REPORTED AS WRONGLY AND THAT HE MUST FIND OUT WHO REPORTED IT S . A new card was applied for then and I received the new card this week. I then noticed that the the expiry date on the new credit card was 07/15. I asked the lady at the info desk how come my card only be valid for more or less a year after reception...? she phoned customer services and said I must speak to them myself... I then spoke to a person there who said it is n print mistake on the card. I asked her to have the situation again reported and that the must request a manager to please phone me within 24 hours. nobody has phoned me after 48 hours, I only received a sms with the complaint no 2650888. This is shocking to think that people in the bank who is working with millions of money/rands, makes mistakes like this, and nobody is adhering to the seriousness of this incident.
