I am beyond angry..delaing with this company is a nightmare. CPA SWOP/Repairs has taken 12 weeks and still no response!!! but i am paying for the service..i am paying for a handset which i dont have!!! No one knows where the phone is, No one can find it, No one knows whose repairing it... it dissapeared POOF Gone!!!
and when i complain here all i get is... we are so sorry mam we are looking into it... Maybe some ghost will speak to another ghost and one of them will find the phone... and maybe, just maybe someone will give me feedback... i wait AGAIN
