I was about to renew my contract with Virgin Mobile, but they were unable to dekkiver the handset after an extended wait. Hellopeter was very helpul in sorting this out. Now I have examined my bank account. Virgin Mobile charged me R344 in October. Apparently as they charge in arrears. That should have been my last payment. They have however, deducted R81, 51 on the 30/ 11 as well as R 344 and a further R344 on the 20/12/ I am typing this while on the phone (time elapsed 40 minutes). All I have been told (apart than to hold the line) is " my supervisor says we will have to reimburse those payments."
