I sent through a cancellation letter to 8.ta late in 2012 already for a contract that was due to expire in March 2013. I confirmed with the agent I was speaking with if it is permissible to send the letter so far in advance and I was told yes. I've received a bill for the month of May and R410 was deducted fro the month of April 2013. How can you keep deducting funds when I explicitly sent a cancellation letter to end my contract with 8.ta.
I find this unacceptable and not to mention your contact details that are not user friendly. Not every landline can dial the 081 180 number plus my e-mails to you have gone unanswered... my next avenue is escalation to the Ombudsman re NCA breach.
