Unknown billings from cell c

I sended cell c my cancellation letter on the 23/08/2012 as my contract was due to expire in september 2012.
i received a bill in november 2012 of R55.77 that i must pay and when i called them they could not really explain to me what is what for as i never used that cell c sim card again after i sended through a cancellation letter. i even destroyed the sim card.
I called them about 5 times and everytime they promise that someone will call me back within 48hrs and they never call.
I called them agian today 27/03/2013 at 09H10 as i received another letter that i owe R55.78 and the guy that helped was also stunned as he could not explain what is for as my contract was cancelled was cancelled in november 2012.
cell c is defrauding customers with payments they have to make even after their contracts is cancelled.
i want cell c to explain to me why i must pay R55.78 now in march 2013 as my contract was cancelled about 5 months ago. I also forwarded all correspondence with cell c through to my lawyer and is currently building a case agianst them.
cellc is the giving the worst service to their customers and is claiming to be the best service provider. Vodacom is still the best
