Bad Services!!

Firstly i went to open a new contract and the person i dealt with told me that it takes up to 3days to get approved or not and that she will call me to inform me. After 5 days of not hearing anything i went into the store she was off and someone else assisted me told me she would send the contract in again as someone cancelled it and again that it would take 3days and she'll get back to me. 3days later and no calls i was so upset that i called the service provider 808 and they told me the ocntract was approved on the same day. I eventually went in to the store again a different person helped me gave me the handset without rica'ring the sim. i had to rica the sim myself some other store, because i didnt know the number of the new phone i called my old phone and got the number. however when i try phoning that number back my new phone doesnt ring but someone else picks up and says this is his number. i gave nobody my "new" number but keep getting this guys call. i went to the mtn store and they told me they can only log a complaint and not give me a new number i have to pay R250 for a new sim. this is such nonsence as the contract is only 5days old!!
