Invalid Statement

I have never received a very bad bad Service like the one Cell C is giving me at present, I reported my problem with them that they billed me for January month for the contract that ended in December 22 last year, I sent them a mail to request for the contract to be cancelled like they advised me to do. One of their Agent SANDROS MHLONGO called and told me they going to fix it and they going to credit me for the error as I sent the email to cancel, he said he's going to send me a confirmation email regarding that but even until now he can't confirm that, He was not even replying to my emails up until I get the law involved and says the contract is cancelled but cannot confirm the credit amount, CELL C I'M GOING TO REQUEST THE CALL RECORDING FOR TUESDAY WHERE I SPOKE TO SANDROS MHLONGO ABOUT THIS, I Just want to make all the guys who are are currently looking to do bussiness with you guys to see how you guys operate, I'm very disappointed in you Guys especially Sandros Mhlongo, Good Luck Cell C with your pathetic service.
