I sent several emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] .
In the first two emails I told them to transfer me from my contract to pay as you go (because my 24 month contract period has elapsed and I want to be on pay as you go).
After that I sent them two or three emails requesting feedback about this matter.
To date all that I've received is airtime as per my "old contract" which i don't want. In the first email I sent them, which was last month, I told them that I'm not prepared to pay for a service that I no longer want. I ended up paying last month, but will NOT allow this to happen to me again this month.
YOU CLAIM YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR THESE MATTERS ARE 72hrs I'M STILL WAITING (Its been a month and I did not even get any feedback regarding the progress).
Solve this I do not want to pay for your negligence.
