WOW email number 45 sent to Cell C / DAY 8

I logged a call last week, Cell C, the responded on here saying they would be in contact! Guess what I'm still waiting for a call!
One person in Cell C says all accounts are settled, as error was their fault and another person says account still arrears. WHich ONE IS IT CELL C?!?!?!?!?
I'm fed-up!
It took 10 days for Cell C finance deaprtment to respond to an email. Pathetic, disgusting! Any new customers, stay away! It is shocking to say the least.
No ownership, accountability on Cell C's part.
Cell C, will affect your credit rating with the credit bureau due to incompency at their end.
HOW MANY DAYS, HOW MANY EMAILS? WHAT DOES ONE NEED TO DO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL. I PERSONALLY WANT TO NEVER HEAR ABOUT CELL C AGAIN.

EMAILS CAN'T HELP
YOUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT CAN'T SORT THINGS OUT - AND NOTE THE EMAIL IS CALLED "ESCALATE" - WHAT A JOKE! IS IT ACCEPTABLE FOR FINANCE PEOPLE TO TAKE MORE THAN 10 DAYS TO RESOLVE ISSUES?
