I upgraded on my current contract. I received my upgrade and had it sent back as I wanted a other hand set. The entire processes has now gone over a month and everytime I contact CELL C im advised that someone will call me back on the day but no one has ever called. I am always the one that needs to call back. I would like this resovled ASAP! or I will go with another service provider as Im sure they would give me better service than the service Im receiving now!
