Cell C top-up

I was contaated by a Cell C agent (Jody Van Niekerk) on Thursday 3 Jan 2013, that i quality for an upgrade on my current contract. I confirmed with agent if she was sure as contract was taken in 2012. She confirmed all my details and that i qualify for a Blackberry 9320 and then proceeded to read me the terms and conditions. Delivery address was confirmed she advised that the phone will be delivered between 3 - 5 days. on Wednesday 9/01/2013 i contacted Cell C to confirm delivery as i was now back at work and wanted to confirm that i would be available. i was then advised by an agent that she will not be able to assist me and get a team-leader to call me back at 15h00 lateset.( this did not happen). i called then at 15:45 and spoke to Thabelo Kubuwe, he advised i don't quality as current contract is for 24 months. i explained hwat happened and he advised that he would get Jody's manager to contact me @ 4.(didn't happen) Jody called me before 5 advising me that it was a system error and i dont qualify. I expected a manager to contact me Devashan Moodley as advised.i expect this to be honoured as i promised my daughter the phone.
