Today (02 May 2013) @ 09:06 am a contacted the Cell C call centre to upgrade my contract that is due for an upgrade. I waited for 10 minutes, and then finally Zanele answered and continued to assist me. When it came to which handset I would like, Experia Go, she advised that she is not sure that they have stock and that she will call me back in 15 minutes to advise accordingly.
4 hours later she still has not contacted me, at which point I called again and again held for ten minutes, and then advised that Zanele is not available but they will get her to contact me. Still nothing at 16:10.
Cell C, do you want my money, and should I really have to beg YOU to give YOU, my business?
