On the 22nd of October 2013, at 15H18, I called the Cell C Upgrades department and upgraded one of my contracts I have with Cell C. (071 495 3095).
On the 4th of November 2013, I called the call center again and I was transfered from one department to another. When I eventaully reached someone he pretended to not hear me abruptly ended the call.
At this stage all I want to do now is to cancel the upgrade and eventually move away from Cell C.
I was appaled at the level of service I received from Cell C. The contract has been converted and upgraded but no ne seems to know where the handset is.
Is there no tracking system within Cell C to track deliveries and NO, I don't want any stories of a courier company. This is Cell C's responsibility to follow up on these types of issues. They should have the necessary processes in place to track these kind of issues.
