On the 31 Oct my debit order for my husband's phone never came off. (I had just signed a new contract for 0799736763 husband's phone). On the 4 Novr I called cell c and was told the new contract was from the 2 November and the bill would only come off at the end of November. Then on the 7th Nov my husband got sms that account is not paid and phone would be suspended.
I called Cell c on the 8th in the morning and was told the debit order was reversed. I could not understand this as I had plenty money in my account. I spoke to supervisor Ashni, she explained that the DO was reversed because they had incorrect branch no (not my fault), so their billing department made an error. she said she would write the story and an agent would call me to rectify the problem. I also told her I am not paying the R70.00 dbt order reversal fee's as it was not my fault and that I did call on the 4th Nov and was not told this at all. Then my husband called me and told me his phone is not working. At 1.30pm I called again and said I need this phone connected, again was told someone would call me. called again 2.40pm and was told someone would call, till today no-one has called me to sort out
