Payment for iPad mini not deducted in 3 months

I ordered an ipad mini as part of the FNB Smart Device Offering and it was delivered to me in December. No payment has gone off on my account since then even after numerous queries to FNB in this regard. They cannot seem to figure out why this has happened.
I most recently phoned the Premier Banking Call Center on the 20th of March and was promised that I would have feedback within 48 hours. The reference number for this is 13032035549.
The whole point of ordering the device through FNB is that I would be able to make small payments interest free on the device - but I am now worrying that I will be charged once off for the 3 months that this payment has not been deducted.
I really just want to pay for my device - is that too much to ask?
