LAST WEEK I HANDED IN MY PHONE AT CELL C HEMINGWAYS, EAST LONDON. I WAS TOLD THAT MY REPAIR ON MY BLACKBERRY (THAT IS PROBABLY NOT OLDER THAN 2 MONTHS) COULD TAKE FROM 4 DAYS TO 3 WEEKS. TRIED PHONING THEM YESTERDAY TO ENQUIRE ON THE STATUS AND TO INFORM THEM THAT I CAN NOT RECEIVE SMS'S ON THE PHONE THAT I AM CURRENTLY USING. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT THE STORE. TRIED TWICE. I ALSO SENT THEM AN E-MAIL, AND IS STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK. THEN LODGE AN ENQUIRY ON CELL C'S WEBSITE, AND ALSO, NO FEEDBACK AS YET. I AM USING MY PHONE AS A BUSINESS TOOL AND URGENTLY NEED TO KNOW THE STATUS ON THE REPAIR, BUT CAN NOT REACH ANYONE FOR FEEDBACK.
