I handed my blackberry 9900 in for repairs at the cell c branch in sandton city approximately 3 months ago. I was informed I will receive feedback after 21 days. No one contacted me to date and after several follow ups both telephonically and by walking into the branch I was told the phone was not captured on the system and they are unable to locate it. I was advised as soon as the phone is located someone from the store will contact me. no one did!! I thereafter followed up on more than one occasion and was told someone from the store will contact me with feedback. I am still waiting!!! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service received from cell c. It's been almost 3 months since I handed my phone in with no feedback!!!
