I took out a cellphone contract 6 months ago with Cell C and since then my phone has been in for repairs twice (for the same problem). The first time I was without my phone for? 3.5 weeks (all the while required to pay for the "service" such as BIS etc that I wasn't able to use - payment was made on time and in full). Now, again, my phone has been with Cell C for 3 weeks (handed in on 16 February 2013). The last spontaneous feedback I have received was on the 18 February to say my phone had been received by the repair centre and is queued for repair. Since then I have called, almost daily for some kind of feedback as I use my phone for business and am now stuck without a phone that is internet capable. The sales person is either unavailable or the person answering the call "cannot help" as he "doesn't know the case". All I want to know is when I will have my phone back! The service I am receiving is PATHETIC!
