Collected phone from repairs after second booking. Phone was still broken (made a chainsaw like noise and screen was distorted) so had to book it in again.
Emailed escalations to inform them that the phone was being booked in again as they told me that the repairs would be prioritized (at least twice) whom I had been dealing with regarding poor feedback from repair center. I'm still waiting for escalations to get back to me as they told me they would motivate for a replacement if I had to book the phone in again.
So, it seems like the repair/replacement is not being prioritized and poor feedback services has not changed.
I am very unhappy about the service I am getting from Cell C.
Help! The phone is being used as business tool.
