I handed in me Blackberry for repair of the trackpad at Menlyn Cell C on 31.12.2012 with 'repair request form' stating that phone should be back within 21 days and they would contact me with a quote.
After 22 days with no word, I contacted them and was told the repairs would be more than R400, so I again went in personally (26.01.2013) to sign and fax a 'rejection of quotation' to the repair centre in Midrand and request the phone to be returned to me. It is now 12 days later and I still have no feedback or phone.
Whenever I've contacted them the staff at Menlyn Cell C were very friendly and helpful but I cannot believe that it should take more than 12 days to courier a phone from Midrand to Pretoria and I find the complete lack of feedback totally unacceptable.
