19 days to have phone lines activated and still of

I Received a letter to inform me that we qualify for reactivation 2/5/2013 09:30. I send of the necessary documents 2/5/2013 at 09:35 to [Email Removed] I received a call on 10/5/2013 about 14:00 from the call centre stating that one of the sim cards that i bought at vodaworld was activated by someone else about 3 months prior. I returned the sim card and send the new number. I phoned on the 16/05/2013 after receiving a bill for R 3687.61 and spoke to one of the consultants at the call centre regarding when the phones will be on and about the bill, he replied that i must disregard the bill and promised me the phones will be active by the latest 21/05/2013. On 20/05/2013 my bank was debited with an amount of R 3687.61 that resulted in my bond payment being declined by my bank an a charge of R 138.00 being levied as a bad payer for transaction being declined. If this matter was resolved as stated by the call centre 5 to 7 days from 2/05/2013 non of this would have occurred.
