We have send a email cancelling this contract and even got a read RECIPIENT email back on the 16/09/2013. On 28/11/2013 I am still receiving a bill from them I phoned them and Phelo promised me that somebody from the cancellation department will phone me back. They did not and I phoned back on the 29/11/2013 where they said I was supposed to get an email stating that they need the ID and an official business letter canceling this. I did request that they send me this email as proof because I've never received this letter. Its 02/12/2013 and I still have had no reply, call or Joy from this company. They are the worst with their service.
