No response to last complaint

I have placed a complaint last week Thursday on behalf of my elderly mother reference number:3051602182.
She has requested many times for her debit order do be changed from her one ABSA Account 9187542075 to her other ABSA account 9187540968. The first mentioned account is not in use. Cell C is continuing to debit the old account which has no funds. T=his is getting ridiculous now!!! They are now going to cut her line, she is an old lady now panicking with the idea of sitting without any contact with others!! They also want to charge her an additional charge of R70. This matter has been continuing since December 2012. This complaint is being ignored. What is going on?? She has also requested that the debit order date to be moved to the 28th of each month, NOT the 15th. This case must be escalated to higher authorities now to be sorted. Enough is enough!!
