I made a payment for my cell phone after receiving my monthly bill.10 Days later I was illegally debited TWICE. for an amount that was paid 10 days ago.

I logged a refund claim with a consultant Connie Banda and was given the reference number : 688 2364 on 25/10/2013
In my email to her I stated what had happened and attached my bank statement. I have called in numerous times thereafter and spoken to managers Thulani and Thembi Mabaso from the billing department regarding my refund they both inform me that my bank statement was not attached to my case yet I have sent it through 5 times prior to speaking to mangers I sent them to

I leave messages for managers to call and no one calls. This is my second complaint on hello peter and no one has responded since the first one. It is now the 4/11/2013 and still no refund

Telkom 8TA takes money that doesn't belong to them and refuses to return it, THIS IS
