Good day,

On Friday I phoned the vodacom sales department (ref: 14163916) to order the new Samsung Galaxy S4, however there are two models, the gt-i19500 and the gt-i9505. I specifically ordered the i9505 and confirmed it with the sales operator on numerous occasions, stating I do not want a i9500 at all. The price was given and agreed upon verbally. The operator was very helpful and friendly and well aware of the two models and the differences.

Much to my dismay, at 16:30 today, the package arrived. I proceeded to open the package only to discover a brand spanking new i9500.

Following this I have been on the phone with the sales department, the after sales department, 111 and all keep giving me numbers to eachother's call entries but no one ever answers at 0821945.

I am getting highly irritated, to the verge that I will deliver this phone off at a vodacom shop and will be leaving expecting a call within a day or two to pick up the correct model. 111 is always helpful, as much as they can be without having to connect to another department. Funny how the sales department answer quickly when you're buying but try phone 0821945... Ridiculous!!! Perhaps this may be seen...
