This is exactly my point why is the cost of the phone for the remaining 2.5 months so exhorbitant?
The cellphone fee I am charged every month is R139.47 should this not be applied for the remaining months instead of ripping me off? As in my initial compaint if you read it properly you will clearly see my calcs... Why do they employ people to respond to these complaints, if you cant respond properly? My query was "WHY do I have to pay extra over and above the cost of the cell and the remaining contract? "
