I have been trying to contact the Vodacom after sales service line (0821945) selecting option 1 and then 1 again to activate my new contract data sim (MyGig 2 top up). For 3 days, phoning at various times between 8am and 6pm, not one operator has taken my call, instead I now know all the lyrics to Robbie Wessels Gees song, Shosholoza, etc. What is happening? 082155 works like a charm, helpfull operators, but 0821945 seems to be on permanent leave. I have been a faithful Vodacom customer for 12 years. This just me off! You have my money, now what? Fix your call centre!!!
