New Contract with Cell C... I dont think so

I have spent nearly R300.00 today alone on trying to find out how to take possession of a new Galaxy S4. But the 084 145 number is always so busy that i cannot get through. R300.00!!! just spent on listening to your stupid music and a guy that says "hang on we will be a little while longer" Bull@#it!!!

My ID was on the weekend, and RAM hand to hand couriers cannot release the phone without a copy of my ID. I produced a valid drivers licence, but this wasn't accepted as proof enough??? If the police can ID you via your Drivers license then whats the frikken story!!!

I called cell c yesterday after the courier left, they said i need a Affidavit so i got one and emailed cell C. Andrew was his name at the escalation Dept. I have now called towards the end of the day only to be told that you dont accept affidavit's. Make up your minds.

There is no communication between your dept!
You have no direct numbers for people, so anything and everything gets lost in the black hole of an expanse that is your Company. I will be looking to cancel my contract with you, unless this matter can be resolved.
