I was not informed by the CC that I had to take my proof of address and Green Barcoded ID to a store to do a SIM swap. The consultant in store denied me from processing my request as I did not have my Green Barcoded ID book with me. Due to the frustration caused, I rather opted to cancel the contract. Funny enough, for a Termination, Cell C also required a copy of ones Green Barcoded ID, but the consultant in store was kind enough to accept my drivers licence to process the termination request.

My confusion comes in with the fact that you are willing to bend your rules to get rid of customers, but you will not make an exception to accept my drivers licence to do a SIM swap.

Unfortunately I upgraded my other contracts 2 weeks ago and also applied for another contract...
