Not willing to assist and bad attitude

I tried to get a mirco sim from the shop with my drivers license and was told they only accept ID books.
When i told them i can use my drivers license to do anything even banking as its a valid identification document they started getting irate with me.

It is completely BS that they do not want to help me just because i dont have my ID book.
