Sad Customer Service Of MTN

I went in to Check the phone in so that it can be repaired. I had to wait in a line for almost minutes. i do understand that customers have a lot to do at the consultants maybe they should open more tills so that the lines move faster. The consultant that helped me took almost an hour just to check the phone in. A couple days later i got a call from the after sales centre to confirm the price of the repair which i accepted but was not told that i need to do a direct deposit and due to that i did not receive banking details. When the phone was back at the MTN service centre i got a call to pick it up. When arriving at MTN to fetch my phone i had to wait in another long line. When finally getting to a consultant, who was very rude to me. I was told they cannot release the phone as i did not pay the direct deposit yet i had the money with me. The consultants refused to call a manager when i requested for one. They also did not have the banking details to give to me to do the payment. I had to wait till Monday morning to call the after sales and get the details. On many occasions the staff at MTN have bad customer service.
