Please train more call centre agents who will actu

I have motor vehicle financing with Standard Bank. I have changed my banking details, and informed them right away (although I had to wait extremely long for a consultant to answer the phone). I eventually changed my details and accepted all as done. When month-end came, I expected my payment to go off on the 1st as arranged. I waited for a few days to see whether it would not go off later. After a week I had to phone them again and make sure my details were changed - which were not.

Eventually on the 19th the payment went off.
The next month came - assuming they've got all the details due to the debit order going off - the payment once again did not go off - leaving me to call the hellish call centre. They also take extremely long to answer the call - not to mention get the details correct. Resulting my expenses on airtime to almost be larger that the actual payment. I have even tried other options such as online to resolve the issue to no avail!

Really disappointing service to say the least!
