Needed a one-pager letter confirming my banking details. Had to wait more than an hour in line with customers wanting loans and opening accounts. Asked the sales co-ordinator Karen Heiberg for assistance as I had to take my child for dentist appointment at certain time. She brushed me off saying she was busy and I will just need to wait, although I was next in the line. This was after more than an hour. This is unacceptable to wait so long for such a small request. My time is money... and Karen, I am also busy!! Had to cancel the dentist. What am I paying banking costs for?
