In jan I was called by an agent representing cellc from a division called GET IT, the agent sold the product which sounded unbelievable and I excepted. From then to now I have been billed for a service and I did not get a read up or a member card like promised. To make matters worse called the 140 line and got thru 2 agents called Nolwasi and Selwyn and both attempted to transfer my call to a number 0841143848 which I was cut off twice. I had to call at my expense. I got thru a person called Keegan at about 16.30 on the 20/05/2013 who sounded like he had no clue how to respond over the phone. To the person who might QA this call listen to it. PLEASE. He gave me a ref which I even fail to believe is a valid one. Ref 623348. He was no apologetic or even the least bit concerned. After speaking to him I have convinced myself that I will cancel the service which I have to wait for a agent to call me and give 30 days notice... to something I never used, ...I have been dealing with cell c from start and this has not left a pleasant inprint in my mind. I am not even sure if someone will even respond. What has me even more is the Zombi called Keegan! What a poor service!!!
