Still no help

I still have not recieved any further feedback from mr Tswelopele Nyide. After around R600 cellphone bill and following up on various telkom so called customer care I got hold of mr Morom from technical department, 0214141242. He first of all informed me that its pointless contacting hello peter as hundreds of comlaints come from hello peter and he guaranteed me that nothing will get done to rectify my problem. He also informed me that my application only came through on 16 may, I however have have proof of sms sent on 20 th april the date I applied. I was given username [Email Removed] (username) and password iE2.jL2. Susan van der merwe his colleugue informed me of some ports that need servicing, he said that I must wait. Its been over a month. I run a online business and have not been earning money since. I told mr morom that I may be forced to move to residence to get adsl, he said thats my decision, (very unempathetically.) Shocking how telkom treats there customers. I have 2 kids I support. Please help
