I have a current account with MTN, recently I updated my account to 3GB uncapped Lite and purchased a new router for which I paid cash I was told by the shop attendant at the Schweizer Reneke branch that the change will be effective after 24 hours, and the monthly amount will be R 299, however upon receival of my latest account, I made the shocking discovery that the account was NEVER updated to uncapped. The current outstanding balance is R 19, 163.59 and I do not think if fair for them to expect me to pay this amount as it was due to their negligence.
Can someone please assist me in this matter.
