Well after a details report posted on Hello Peter on the 30th April 2013 i was Guaranteed a reply from the 8ta Media Team which has never Happened.
This is the Generic reply they issue.

I actually cant believe this level of service.
I am making reference to the previous post i made labelled:
"Account suspended after account details changed"
There is nothing more to say in this regard.
8ta account are the most disorganization bunch of fools on earth. complaining and making this company has not even helped at all.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIEND, I WOULD NOT EVEN SUGGEST MY ENEMIES TO THIS COMPANY AS IT IS DEFINITE DEATH.
I have just had my account debited for a further /-R450 and no followup emails, nor phone calls. i am starting to lose my mind here.
If anyone has had progress with this company please can you tell me how you did it. Now desperate.
