I cant take this anymore, vodacom has pathetic internet connections, it is so slow i cant even download something, and even after buying a 100mb data bundel, nothing has changed. You have all these commercials about your great internet speeds, in my case its false advertising, we are supporting and paying customers, for pathetic service?? Ive been complaining about this for the past 4 months, and you keep telling me its temporary, please raise your standards and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! Im really so sick and frustrated about this problem. If its BIS or if i buy a data bundel nothing changes, its just so so so slow!!! Im really considering to move my contracts to another provider, MTN has fantastic internet speeds over here.
