Reported to Vodacom call centre that I'm experiencing really slow internet speeds and timed out messages. The reason for this is that I'm experiencing slow pings, between the range of 250ms-800ms, Download speeds of 1mbps and upload at 0.16mbps. Two technicians was already at my home, Dec and in this week. To date nothing has happened, still slow internet and latancy on the HSDPDA network? I really hope I will be reinbursed for not receiving the speeds I should and not being able to use the internet as intended.

On both instances the technicians that was at my home said that they can't believe it's so bad.
I hope I will get feedback from this complain, all I get from the call centre is that the engineers are working on it, for 2 months already, seriously!!!???
