Vodacom failing to assist me after R7000

Hello Peter.

I bought a brand new blackberry z10 from a vodacom outlet for R6999.99. The following day my phone was at rosebank mall with the being recorded on cctv. I had not yet used my phone. i sought advice from the outlet and they advised i get a report from the police in order to hae it blocked. i did just that then went to sandton customer services to have my phone blocked. To my surprise the lady assisting refused to help insisting that they couldnt because my phone was new. Eventually after insisting, i filled a form for blacklisting and the following day i recieved ann sms saying vodacom could not assist. I called Blackberry in Europe and when they traced the pin they traced back to vodafone/vodacom and insisted that they can block the phone. Im stiull tsruggling to this. I am so hurt to have paid so much for a phone and have the service provider treat me like the mad fool!
its so hurting.
