This i the second time I am reportin on the same problem! I have had a Blackberry TOrch for just over a year now. In this year I have been more without my phone, for which I pay quite a bit every month, than with it.
Everytime I complain Vodacom just says ag bring the phone back again so we can fix it! I find that unacceptable! I live about 60 km from the closest Vodacare outlet. Every time my phone gets replaced so yes everytime I get a new phone with the same problems!
On Thursday I handed my phone in once again for repairs and specifically asked if they replace the phone that I would prefer another model of blackberry! Apparntly I cant do that. This is also the second time Ive asked this to happen and I get told it can not be done!
Ive also been told by Vodacom that they dont sell phones, they sell airtime! How does this work? I bought my phone form a vodacom outlet!
