Ignoring customer calls

Have been trying to get hold of the MTN Woodmead branch for a full 45 minutes. The landline is busy, seconds later when I trie again it rings. And rings. And rings. Finally called MTN head office to get another number for them (cell number this time), and they STILL don't answer.

I accidently called the Vodacom store at Woodmead and within 5 seconds someone actually picked up!!

BAD BAD service MTN, you should check up on your stores more.
