I have been asking cell c about poor reception and signal quality on cell and data since January of 2013.
Reference number emailed is 1746534 in March of this year.
I have tried Get closure complaints driver. No response.
I have tried numerous calls to there help line, no Feedback.
Monday the 13 May I get a call from Cell c at 13:15. begging for a chance to resolve the issues. I gave till end of day on Friday 17 May.
No surprise. No feedback, not even a call.
I am a client for almost 8 years and I have never had such bad client services in my life.
Cell C has forgotten who helped them grow there business. I am disappointed.
I will be changing service providers when my contracts come up for renewal at the end of this year.
