Cellphone sent for repairs

About 5 to 6 months ago i had a problem with my phone that i bought from 8ta on a contract. I sent it in for repairs, i did not have the proof o purchase but the guy that help me said it was fine because it was on contract. The phone was than taken to the repaires. Few later i got an sms that i hab to pay R184 for them to fix the phone. They said the phone was water damadged. I went back to the store to ask them how as a customer suppose to know that the phone is water damaged. This has been going on for moths now and i have not got my phone back, i have a contract that is expiring in october and i didn't enjoy have this contract at.

I have had problems after problem with 8ta. They charge you incorrectly and it so difficult for them to rectify thier mistake when it so easy to make the mistake.

All i want is my phone to be fixed an givin back to me as i am not prepered to pay anything because ws never in water or do i take my phone with me to the bathroom where there moisture.
