I went to Vodacom Northgate beginning of last month to ask if I could put my cell phone account into my own name as it is currently in my aunt's name. They proceeded to say, yes of course I could all I needed to do was go with proof of my aunts ID and a letter from her asking if I could swop. I also asked if I could convert my contact to something a bit better as the one I was on is just too expensive once it reaches its limit the billing is ridiculous. Which again they said would be fine. I got all my documentation together and went to the Northgate branch to sort this issue out. When I got to Vodacom the service was terrible and everything said a week ago was complete nonsense which made me angry as I was told all that I needed a week before. They then proceeded to soft block my entire phone because i had reached my call limit, but I pay R59 for unlimited internet for blackberry so how can my whole phone not work just because call limit is up. I have changed my contract which supposedly will cost me close to R1000 at the end of the month after I was told to not use my phone. The signal where i stay is terrible, you expect me to pay my bills when I don't have signal or service.
