It started with no internet service, i called in and was told its a nation wide issue and thought okay its never happened before ill give them a brake - All down hill from there, as per my Blackberry plan i pay my amount specifically for my unlimited BBM, however i also have a call and usage limit, well no where it was stated that when your limit is reached on usage your Normal BIS will be deactivated SINCE WHEN??? i pay my amount each month for that to last me that month, how does this work when your website even says unlimited BBM - i have sent mails with my details, called in with a snotty attitude i got back stating i reached my limit and thats why my bbm doesn't work, now im not an unreasonable person but how is it that all the others pay a monthly amount of 60 Rand for unlimited BBM service and i for some reason who also has that included gets cut off, an absolutely no assistance from your customer service dept - i am utterly disgusted with the service and if this is not corrected i suggest my contract is canceled and ill pay the outstanding amount on the phone or you take your phone back, and ill go back to Vodacom!
