I took out a cellphone contract by vodashop in Newlands on 28/12/2011 and asked them to put a call limit on a sim card for me. I only started using that specific sim card recently and now all of a sudden I am liable for cell phone bills that is higher than my contract and call limit, because the call limit was removed on 23/06/2012 without notifying me. I have phoned vodashop this morning and spoke to Sheila and she gave me all this information. Will you please do a investigation on this, because I just don't feel it is fair to send me telephone bills like this when there is suppose to be a call limit on this contract.
