I SIGNED UP A NEW CONTRACT AT THE VODASHOP GALLERIA AST RAND MALL. MY CONTRACT IS FOR A 9320 BLACK BERRY CURVE THAT CAME WITH A WEBBOOKINCLUDING AT R 199 A MONTH AS WELL AS A CONTRACT FOR 2G AT R99. THE WEBBOOK HAS BEEN TAKEN A NUMBER OF TIMES TO BE BOOKED IN, TO DATE IT HAS GONE IN AGAIN. THE WEBBOOK KEEPS FREEZING AND IT IS VERY SLOW. DUE TO THE WEBBOOK GIVING ME PROBLEMS I DID NOT USE THE BLACKBERRY AND FINALLY WHEN I USED THE BLACKBERRY IT IS NOW IN FOR REPAIRS. I AM NOT HAPPY WITHT HE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS STORE. I HAVE PAID 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS CONTRACT PROPERLY. THE STORE MANAGER IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST ME SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER AND EVEN WHEN SHE DOES COME OUT SHE WILL ATTEND TO WALK IN CUSTOMERS RATHER THE PERSON WHO WAS SITTING AND WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES TO SEE HER. I WOULD LIKE THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP TO CALL ME AS THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE. I ALWAYS SUPPORT THIS SHOP I AM VERY ANNPYED AND DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE. VODACOM IS ONE OF THE BEST TELE COMM COMPANY YOUR ARE GETTING A BAD NAME DUE TO THIS SHOP. KASH
